Sarah Vamvakas Marketing was hired to be the Marketing Manager for Tinker Homes. This included a re-design of the company logo, expanding the brand’s identity, publishing a new company website, implementing new marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, designing apparel, e-mail signatures, content creation, and more.

I created a cohesive brand throughout the company, integrating the color palette and typography across all platforms, so their current and potential clients would more easily recognize the brand. This branding was upscale and appealed to their target market. The social media allowed their company to post their clients progress photos and get them excited about their project coming to life. I also hired a professional photographer to photograph the finished projects. This appealed to the more luxury clientele and created content to use throughout the company. 

We created a new color scheme, standard typography, and updated the logo to appeal to their target audience. We started posting to social media and getting the team involved with this by taking photos or stories of the progress on the construction projects throughout the week. I designed new apparel for the company and had them get new company headshots, both of these increased the company’s professionalism. During this time, I continued work on the new website, publishing it with all professional photographs, brand new website wording, testimonials, and an about us page that introduced the team with a bio.

The results Tinker Homes had after 2 years of working together were amazing. They had an updated brand, online presence including multiple social media platforms, a professional website, professional photos with portfolio books, apparel, business cards, email signatures, a customer management software, increased sales, happier clients that could watch their projects come to life via social media, increased sales, and more. Tinker Homes was featured on the cover of Builder Magazine in January 2021. Now Tinker Homes now has a brand identity that is recognized by their industry and community. Together the Tinker Homes team and Sarah Vamvakas Marketing successfully completed our goal of increasing Tinker Homes sales volume by over 100%. For this client I strongly focused on social media. It was also a critical move to hire a professional photographer when working with luxury clients.
