Silver Alliance Realty is a boutique style real estate brokerage that works in the Phoenix Valley. I started with Silver Alliance Realty when the company originally began. Silver Alliance Realty needed to be able to stand out in a very over populated market.
My role was to help the team acquire new clients and maintain current ones by designing effective marketing material and managing strategies.
Silver Alliance Realty greatly benefitted from sending out E-Blasts or MailChimps to our clients. Every send out was extremely informative to their target market’s current real estate market.
I first got into the minds of local homeowners and pinpointed what I would want to know if I were them.
My strategies resulted in Silver Alliance Realty being a source of knowledge and expertise within their clients’ minds. We created a substantial loyal customer base.
